Madam for America Hosted a Private Screening of "Harriet", an Inspiring Movie About Harriet Tubman

Over 135 attendees were present for a Private Screening of the movie "Harriet," hosted by Madam for America on Sunday, October 27, 2019 at the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Kansas City, Missouri. Candidates, former elected officials, community leaders and students were present for this dynamic movie about the life, leadership and wisdom of Harriet Tubman.

We encouraged everyone to vote on November 5, 2019 and partnered with the Heartland Alliance for Progress as they collected signatures for Medicaid Expansion.
